Now Diamonds, I need you to be aware that you are only getting a GLIMPSE into this giant village. I was visiting for six hours and didn’t even get to see every single scarecrow, walk into every shop, or trot across every beautifully lined brown brick on the pathways through out the village. There’s an insane amount of seriously fun things to do here and stunning views to lay your eyes upon. Before your very first visit is over you’ll already be planning your next.
What I was most looking forward to! Seeing the scarecrows in the village.

- The scarecrows are handcrafted and themed from all of our favorite movies and television series that have became super popular throughout the years.. iconic if you will. There are over 100 scarecrows that are perfectly placed a few feet from one another across the pathways of the entire village. As I said before, I was there for a great while and I do not think I came near to seeing every single one of them. For those that I did have the pleasure of laying my eyes upon, I couldn’t stop ooing and aahing while pointing at every single one with a big smile on my face. Some I didn’t even take pictures or videos of because I was just too caught in the moment looking at how much effort must have been involved in the creating process of the scarecrows. Going to visit Peddler’s Village just to experience the scarecrows is something I would recommend for the entire family. This event isn’t just a one weekend type of deal though! The scarecrows are placed on their particular post for six slow weeks during the fall season. That allows everyone and their besties a great deal of time to be able to get there and take all of the pictures that their little hearts desire. I know I wish I would have taken more then I did, but sometimes living in life’s incredible moments make you forget to share them with others on social media.
After some scarecrow site seeing, shopping was the very next thing on my mind.

- I have never visiting a tourist attraction and wanted so many things at once before as I did on this day. All of the shops were stunning and so aesthetically pleasing. I could have looked in each little boutique for hours and hours. Truly, with my interests and fashion sense this village was definitely a place that I needed a good few days at to take everything 100% in! Unfortunately, that wasn’t in the cards for me during this trip, so my stay felt super freaking fast. Fortunately, I had one of the best times and I’ve made great memories there to last me until I go back next fall. Wait! What am I saying?! I’m going back as soon as I possibly can lol, but you know what I meant. Autumn always has that certain feel to it that you can’t explain. It also can’t be compared, so even when I do make my way around the brick pathways at Peddler’s Village again, I know I’m going to miss the feeling I got when I was trotting around in my cozy clothes and taking in all of the fall foliage and festivities that were happening!
- I loved these wonderful white loafers so much. However, I didn’t purchase them and I deeply regret it. It’s not that I was contemplating if I wanted them or did not want them.. here’s what happened. This was the very first store I made my way into when we exited the parking lot of Peddler’s Village. I was never there before this trip so I wasn’t thinking that I might not make it back to this specific shop before everything but the restaurants shut down at 6pm. If I had to state a negative or downfall about my experience here, that would be it! It closes way to early for how much I was enjoying browsing, taking my grand ole time, and soaking in all of the superb sites in my view.
THE SITES:

- Speaking of sites, they were breathtaking. This was an attraction that I have been dreaming about going to for years so when I finally got the chance I just let myself live, feel, and thrive in every single second. That’s how I have really just been living my life lately, even at work. Everyday I want to be in the moment, especially in Autumn. I know after Halloween most of us can’t help but be sucked into the Christmas spirit club, but for goodness sake let’s enjoy November shall we?! I know this weekend there is going to be an apple festival for all to enjoy at Peddler’s Village and if you’re in the Bucks County area or you’re willing to take a road trip like I was you should definitely, definitely go!
- There were little garden spots to stop and stare at which I adored more than anything. Even with the chaos cruising all around me by the crowds of people that were there I felt this calmness when I paused to look at flowers, decorations, plants, trees, buses, and even mini waterfalls in certain areas. There were flowers of all textures, colors, and sizes, trees of different heights and lengths, and ponds that were filled with fish and little lily pads. The world around me inside this village was beyond beautiful. I loved every second that I was there.
The village even has a place for magic, potions, fantasies, dragons, and your favorite franchises.

The CLOAK And WAND:
- This place has really thought of everything and more! Inside this magical escape from the outside universe is what you can usually only picture in your dreams, or while you’re streaming your most used network, of course. They have a seriously wonderful selection of merchandise ranching from clothes, wands, brooms, books, journals, stickers, stuffed animals, and unique items that you may have never even laid your eyes on before. My absolute favorite part about this shop is their potion bar. It’s a magical soda and wizard beer bar where you can order hot or cold beverages that consist of fizzy refreshing drinks that have edible glitter inside, or huge pillows of whipped cream that sit on top of flavored carbonated liquids. It’s an experience all on it’s own, so even if you’re not into fantasy fiction, stopping by The CLOAK And WAND to order from their potion menu is well worth your time. You’ll thank me later!
Last but certainly not least, the dining experience in the Village!

- There are really gorgeous and quaint restaurants to dine at while you are visiting Peddler’s Village, which makes it harder to decide where you want to enjoy your next meal at. Cody and I chose Cock n’ Bull for our dinner date on this particular October evening. I have heard so many good things about it and what stood out to me with their menu when looking at various ones online was that they offered a charcuterie and cheese board as appetizers. One thing about me that you Diamonds who have been around for a while know of is that I will NEVER say no to a charcuterie board. They’re my love language; to eat and to create. For my main entree, I settled on the Turkey platter. Thanksgiving is one of the greatest meals of all time! We all know that, so anywhere I go out to that has that as a menu option.. 9 times out of 10, I’m ordering it. The turkey was extremely moist, the mashed potatoes were creamy and fluffy, the stuffing was so yummy and savory, and the vegetable hash was exactly what was needed to lighten up the meal. It was a nice refreshing touch. I used to be a “side of ranch” girl. However, lately, I have been a side of sour cream girl. Which by the way worked just perfectly with the stuffing and mashed potatoes. I love a thick, cool, creamy dip along with a comforting hot meal. It’s that hot and cold combination that no one knew they needed.
