The Most Perfect Maple & Honey Peanut Butter Cookie Iced Coffee Recipe Right From The Comfort Of Your Own Kitchen.

This iced coffee recipe is so deliciously sweet, creamy, and tastes exactly like it should. Actually! It tastes even better than you think it would. This year is all about creating comforting coffees at home, whether they’re extra hot or extra iced. They’ll always be extraordinary, especially coming from your favorite blog, Deep Fried Diamonds!

Let us just take a moment to appreciate one of the most gorgeous glasses of iced coffees you have EVER laid your eyes on.

If you’re iced coffee AND cookie obsessed like me you will be even more obsessed with this gorgeous glass of icy goodness!

The Recipe!

  • Now, I am aware that some coffee addicts have espresso machines readily available for them. If you do, you can definitely brew yourself a shot or two of your favorite espresso! If you only have a coffee machine just as I do, brew a K cup over ice or brew your coffee in a regular pot and put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to cool off to insure that heat will not water your iced coffee down.
  • Add a tablespoon of pure maple syrup in before brewing the coffee over it. Then, set to cool.
  • Before building your drink with any liquids let’s decorate the glass!
  • Line the glass with swipes of your favorite peanut butter. I used all natural, but you use whatever you love or have on hand!
  • Line the rim of the glass with peanut butter as well. It will become the perfect glue to trace the top of the glass with so that you can crumble one of those amazing honey peanut butter cookies from Sugar & Loaf bakery in Sugarloaf Pennsylvania right on top. If you are local to the area they are a great breakfast, brunch, or lunch stop towards the end of the week! Their iced mochas and matcha lattes are unmatched, and their food created by Chef Phillip Pecora is unreal!
  • Fill your glass to the tippy top with ice.
  • Pour in the espresso or coffee that you chose.
  • Add a good pour of oatmeal cookie creamer into the coffee. This goes insanely well with the peanut butter cookie flavor!
  • Top with vanilla cold foam, OR you can amp up the maple and honey flavor even more by creating your own cold foam. Use a splash of heavy cream or the milk of your choice and add a squeeze of honey and a pour of maple syrup. Mix until thick and frothy.
  • Garnish with more peanut butter cookie crumbles and a few peanut butter chips.

The last thing for you to do is to serve this incredible iced coffee to yourself and someone you love with a freshly warmed honey peanut butter cookie while you snuggle up with a good book by the fireplace.

  • I hope everyone on the East coast is staying nice and warm and for everyone on the West coast, I hope you are staying safe! God bless.

xoxo
