Rice Crispy Treat Brownie Cookies!

A mix of treats become one magical nostalgic dessert for your taste buds:

These cookies are phenomenal! For Valentine’s Day, a Super Bowl party, a kids birthday party, or just for a sweet, sticky, and crunchy snack on the couch by the fireplace while you watch the snowfall tonight. Cookies are always so comforting especially if you’re snuggling up with a good book in bed after a long day! These brownie cookies will for sure be the ultimate late night comfort food for you and your family. They are insanely easy to make as well! The quick fix trick is to use boxed brownie mix. You can make so many amazing dessert like creations with boxed cake mix, it’s truly unreal. It’s a fun activity to do with kids and when mixed with many other ingredients, no one will ever even know it was only semi-homemade.

Follow the directions on the boxed brownie mix by adding in two eggs and 1/2 cup of vegetable oil.

After following the directions it’s time to add in the fun stuff:

  • 1/3 cup of marshmallow fluff.
  • 1/2 cup of rice crispy cereal.
  • 1/3 cup of white chocolate chips

Mix with a hand mixer or in your kitchen aid mixer!

  • Mix on a high speed until you have a gorgeous and luxuriously thick brownie mixture with pops of white chocolate all incorporated throughout.

  • These cookies did tend to spread out a bit more than I anticipated, so just make sure that you keep a little more space between your cookies when dropping them onto the baking sheet.

Transfer the cookies onto a cooling rack and make them look all cute and pretty if you’re going to be instantly serving them!

If you love brownies, rice crispy treats, cookies, loads of white chocolate, or you’re just an overall chocolate lover period, than you will absolutely love these cookies. They’re best served with a white hot chocolate, but you can definitely pair them with regular hot chocolate if that is what you prefer! Either way these will hit the spot and warm you up on a cold winters day when you dive right on into them after they come out of the oven! You can of course wait a while until you indulge but they just smelled too good for me to resist, so I know you Diamonds will feel the same. 😉

If you’re starting to plan your menu for your upcoming Super bowl bash my next post will be just for you, so be sure to follow this website at the bottom right hand corner so you do not miss out on spicy snack that is coming your way very soon!

xoxo
