White peaches, bright red cherries, ripe raspberries, navel oranges, and fresh aromatic basil come together in this summertime infusion!
There’s no better time to infuse your water than in the dead of summer because that’s when all of the amazing produce is at it’s peak. Besides apples and all of the fall harvest that we’ll be enjoying before we know it, the rest of the fruit is best used this time of year! I truly don’t think people understand how incredible it is for your body to consume infused water, or better known as “spa water”. It can help with blood sugar regulation, immune defense, heartburn, weight management due to helping with appetite control, and of course, above all, HYDRATION! If you’re in the NEPA area like I am these waters will be beyond perfect to make and drink this week while we venture through this heat wave! Water is the best thing you can fill your body with. It’s the first thing you should do when you wake up and the last thing you should sip before you lay your head on the pillow at night. It’s the most important substance we can consume throughout each and everyday as humans. It’s fun as well to mix and match all kinds of different fruit and herb combinations. It’s a fun little activity that I’ve been doing every week even though the infused water only lasts about four days max depending on what you put into it.

Drinking a glass in the morning and before each meal with give you all of those good benefits and provide you with the most nutrients for your body. Also, PRO TIP: Do not put ice in your bottle or jar that you’re infusing in. ONLY put ice in your glass that you are drinking out of. It is best to use a bottle that locks and seals just like the one you see here, rather than just covering a pitcher with plastic wrap. The longer you want to keep the water, the tighter you’ll have to store it.

HAVE FUN INFUSING DIAMONDS!
