Pickle Ranch Dip!

Spring is making her appearance next week and I am waiting with open arms! There’s something so exciting and nostalgic when it’s time to end a season and begin a new one. In my eyes, it’s aways been a fresh start and a way to welcome in the Spring harvest, ring in new goals, and find different hobbies to fall in love with. I know it’s probably super obvious, especially if you’ve been a Diamond for some time now, but I love filling my blog with really wonderful posts that are themed for whatever season or holiday we are arriving upon. I have always been that type of girl that has to be dressed in certain colors or eat certain foods depending on where I was going and what time of the year it was. I longed to show what I was passionate for in the things I was most talented in. When I think of Spring I think of cold salads, sandwiches, or dips filled with vegetables that are blooming as we speak. I wanted this dip to be packed with the flavor of onions and garlic, as well as loads of chopped up dill pickles and tons of creamy goodness. The taste and texture of this pickle ranch dip mixed with the crunchy sour cream and onion chips is just perfection.

It cannot be beat.

How To Create This Cool & Creamy Dip:


  • One block of whole fat cream cheese. Don’t skimp on this ingredient Diamonds! The brand and fat percentage does matter when it comes to how your dips and even desserts come out.
  • 3/4 cup of good mayonnaise.
  • One tablespoon of dijon mustard.
  • Two tablespoons of pickle juice.
  • At least four pickle spears, finely chopped.
  • Grate in half of a garlic clove.
  • Five dashes of Worcestershire sauce.
  • One tablespoon of ranch seasoning. If you like a stronger ranch flavor you could definitely sprinkle in more.
  • Two tablespoons of parsley.
  • One tablespoon of dill.
  • 1/2 tablespoon of thyme.
  • 1/4 teaspoon of lemon juice.
  • Season with seasoned salt, freshly cracked black pepper, and a couple dashes of paprika.


  • In a mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients above with an electric hand mixer so that everything comes together perfectly.

Super easy and super delicious.

Not only is this considered a dip, but it is so indescribably good that you’ll want pair it and serve it with just about anything you eat. This pickle ranch dip would be incredible on all different variations of burgers, smothered on grilled chicken, drizzled on cold shrimp cocktail, or rolled inside of wraps. Honestly, the options are endless because this dip is just that damn great!
