Whipped Honey Cinnamon Cream Cheese Dip Served With Honey Pretzel Twists.

Years ago when I was still in college studying culinary arts I met a few very unique, amazing people who loved doing exactly what I did! It’s not very hard to make friends when you’re all interested in the same thing since there are always different topics to discuss among one another. There was this one very sweet girl named Amber who I become extremely close with throughout my years of driving to and from school with her, hanging out on weekends, and even being paired for class projects together. I specifically remember a very relaxing day of just sitting down with her, and a big bag of salty pretzels while we watched The Food Network. She was dipping her pretzels into cream cheese as she enjoyed each bite, and I was like “Oh my goodness.. why have I never done that before?!” I finally tried it and let me tell you Diamonds.. there was something so darn delightful about it! You could of course dip pretzels in chip dip as well or anything that you prefer, but cream cheese of any kind is seriously the way to go! My all time favorite cream cheese and pretzel combination is this one right here!!

Let me tell you how I whipped up this sweet cream cheese dip!

The Recipe:

1. Place an entire 8 oz. block of cream cheese at the bottom of a glass mixing bowl. Allow the cream cheese to reach room temperature before using the hand mixer.
2. Drizzle in 3 tablespoons of sweet honey!
3. Sprinkle in some dashes of cinnamon.
4. Lastly, toss in a dash of salt and begin to mix until everything is fully combined.

Super easy and super yummy!

In order to give this appetizer another punch of sweetness, you can absolutely drizzle even more honey on top of the dip just as I did! I love this so much as a snack, but you can for sure pack this up to bring to a party as well. Everyone will enjoy it and it really is one of those types of food concoctions that no-one will be scared to try. It is familiar, down right delicious, and perfect for pretty much anything! I know you Diamonds can buy “honey flavored cream cheese” at your local super market, but the taste and freshness does not compare! Just like many other things.. it’s always better homemade!
